The Isogo Ward Cultural Association was established in 1990 with the aim of contributing to the improvement and development of local culture while promoting friendship and cooperation among members. Currently, 18 departments are actively engaged in daily activities, such as educational and exchange of various classrooms such as exhibitions and workshops, as well as cultural activities.

Every year, the “Isogo Arts and Cultural Festival” is held in each section with the main purpose of improving and developing local culture.
