Isogo Ward Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Public Relations Board

Isogo Ward provides a subsidy program for the installation and repair of bulletin boards maintained by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

1 Eligible applicants
Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, District Union Neighborhood Associations

2 Subsidized expenses
Expense for new bulletin boards (including rebuilding), repair, and relocation that improves the effectiveness of bulletin boards than existing installation locations
※In the case of rebuilding, the cost of removing the bulletin board is not eligible for assistance.
※Repairs include renovations.
※From fiscal 2024, we will also support the establishment of new electronic bulletin boards (digital signage). Please be sure to consult with us before applying.

3 Subsidy
(1) New construction (including rebuilding)
・Two-thirds of expenses covered by the subsidy rate
・Subsidy limit of 100,000 yen (200,000 yen for electronic bulletin boards)
(2) Repairs and relocation that improves the effectiveness of bulletin boards than existing installation sites
・Two-thirds of expenses covered by the subsidy rate
・Subsidy limit of 40,000 yen
※If a fraction of less than 1,000 yen occurs in the subsidy amount, it will be rounded down.

4 Application period (recruitment for the second term)
April 1, 1960 (Monday) to January 31, 2007 (Friday)
If you wish to apply, please submit required documents to the Isogo Ward Office Regional Promotion Division within the application period (Form No. 1) within the application period.
※Applications from the same Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations are limited to twice.

5 Submission method
Mail, e-mail, and bring a counter

※Be sure to apply for a grant before starting construction, and obtain a subsidy grant decision letter (second style) before performing construction.
※You can apply for multiple bulletin boards as long as it is within the subsidy limit. However, applications for relocation that improves the effectiveness of the bulletin board than the existing installation location cannot be duplicated, applications for relocation that improves the effectiveness of bulletin boards than existing locations.
※The grant amount is within the budget. As we perform examination sequentially from thing which received application, subsidy may not be issued depending on the application situation.

<In case of emergency bulletin board needs to be repaired>
As a general rule, we ask that the construction of the bulletin board be performed after the date of the subsidy grant decision letter, but
If the bulletin board is damaged due to a disaster or accident, and it is necessary to repair it urgently because there is a danger, an application after construction may be possible.
In that case, be sure to notify Regional Promotion Division by telephone before construction.
