[Reference] Isogo Ward Regional Management Subsidy (FY2019)

The Isogo Ward Regional Management Subsidy is intended to provide necessary expenses for activities in which the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and various local organizations to work independently and continuously to solve regional issues.

Please contact us in advance and bring your application documents to Ward Administration Promotion Division (5th window) on the 6th floor of the ward office.

Outline of Isogo Ward Regional Management Subsidy

Purpose

Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations in Isogo Ward and various local organizations collaborate and collaborate to solve local issues.

Target group

The target organization must meet all of the following requirements.

  • Two or more organizations, including Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, who are willing to solve local issues, work together.
  • There is a place for democratic decision-making.
  • We are making or are going to do ongoing efforts beyond the year.

Target businesses

It covers ongoing projects aimed at solving regional issues. However, those that fall under the following are not eligible.
Non-targeted businesses

  • For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or groups
  • Business aimed at political or religious activities
  • Projects that receive other assistance with the same project content
  • Business for the purpose of maintenance and purchase of facilities and equipment

Subsidized amount

Up to 500,000 yen within 9/10 of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses (10% self-pay), up to 500,000 yen.

Assistance period

The support period is up to 3 years. However, it is necessary to apply each fiscal year.

Covered expenses

Consumables expenses, printing costs, communication transportation expenses, transportation expenses, material costs, remuneration expenses, insurance premiums, usage fees and rent, equipment costs (* 1), food expenses (* 2), fuel costs, commissions, etc. Expenses deemed necessary
(※2) Food expenses shall be within one-tenth of the amount deemed to be subsidized expenses.
(※1) Equipment costs shall be less than half of the purchase price.
