Isogo Ward Youth Development Activity Subsidy (FY2024)
[Please apply at least one month before the project implementation date! ]
Part of the project cost will be subsidized mainly in Isogo Ward for projects implemented for the healthy development of young people!
Application requirements
Target organizations
An organization that meets all of the following with the aim of fostering youth up to junior high school students in Isogo Ward.
- There must be rules, rules of association, etc.
- Not intended for political, religious or commercial activities
- Expected to continue activities in the next fiscal year and beyond.
- The representative of the organization is not a gangster
Target business
Businesses that fall under any of the following A or B and satisfy all a to c.
A: Experience-based activities such as social and natural activities, and businesses that provide opportunities for exchange of different ages.
B: Projects that provide a variety of learning opportunities at least one day a week throughout the year
A: Projects to be implemented between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025
B: Business in line with the purpose of healthy youth development
C: A business that calls for a wide range of participation both inside and outside the group, aiming for a business that is connected to the community
However, the following projects are not eligible for assistance.
- Projects subsidized by the national or other local governments
- Business related to commercial or political, religious, or election activities
- Business implemented by a corporation based on the business purpose specified in the articles of incorporation or donation act
- Projects aimed at fellowship among groups
- Business that violates public order and morals
Subsidiary upper limit
Up to one business per group, within one half of the subsidized expenses pertaining to the target business, the following amount will be the upper limit.
A: 40,000 yen (including 120,000 yen for activities involving movement and accommodation outside the city)
B: 120,000 yen
Subsidized expenses
Reward expenses: Purchase costs of souvenirs, etc. necessary for effective implementation of the business, rewards to instructors and instructors, and
Rewards, etc. (excluding those paid to members of the organization)
Transportation expenses: Transportation expenses required for the implementation of the project
Consumables costs: Office supplies, material costs, other consumables, etc.
Printing and bookbinding costs: Costs for creating flyers and pamphlets
Communication transportation costs: Postage, delivery and transportation costs
Premiums: Non-life insurance premiums related to events
Outsourcing expenses: Expenses for setting up venues and tasks that are difficult for organizations to perform on their own.
Rental fees and rent: Fees for use of venues and equipment required for the implementation of the project (excluding the maintenance of offices, etc. management fee)
Training expenses: Training fees required for effective implementation of the project
※Even if the expenses fall under the above, the cost of purchasing delicate goods, etc. generally, and expenses that are not directly related to the application business are not covered by the subsidy.

Acceptance Period
Reception has been closed because the budget has been reached in 2024.
From March 1, 2024 to one month before the project implementation date
※However, when the total amount of the subsidy reaches the budget for 2024, the reception will be terminated.
After application
※Except for the personal information part, the submitted documents will be provided for public viewing for two years from the date the subsidy was issued.
Decision of grant or non-grant
We perform document examination and decide right or wrong of subsidy grant and amount of subsidy and send notice to representative.
In addition, depending on the application situation and the result of examination, the amount of subsidy grant may be reduced from the amount of application and decided.
Submission of invoices and grant of subsidies
After grant of subsidy is decided, please submit grant bill.
If the account name is different from the organization name, you will also need to submit a power of attorney.

Prior to the project implementation, a subsidy will be issued within 30 days of receiving a legal invoice.
※If the subsidy is not issued in time by the date of the project, please submit the report first.

After the project is implemented, please submit a set of report documents.

- Submission form such as receipts (No. 14 style) (word: 14KB)
- Materials such as flyers and photographs that can confirm the status of implementation of the project
