About offer of 2024 "Isogo Ward youth development activity subsidy"

Isogo Ward Youth Development Activity Subsidy (FY2024)

[Please apply one month before the project implementation date! ]
We support a part of the operating cost for projects implemented mainly in Isogo Ward for the purpose of healthy youth development!

Application requirements

Target group

An organization that satisfies all of the following requirements for the healthy development of young people up to junior high school students in Isogo Ward.

  • There must be rules, regulations, etc.
  • Not intended for political, religious or commercial activities
  • The prospect of continuing activities in the next fiscal year and beyond
  • The representative of the organization is not a gangster

Target businesses

A business that falls under either A or B and satisfies all a to c.
A: Business that provides hands-on activities such as social and natural activities, as well as opportunities for inter-age exchange.
B: Business that provides a variety of learning opportunities at least one day a week throughout the year.

A: Projects to be implemented between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025
B: Business in line with the objectives of healthy youth development
C: A project that calls for wide participation both inside and outside the group, aiming to be a business that is connected to the community

However, businesses that apply to the following are not eligible for assistance.

  • Projects subsidized by the national government and other local governments
  • For commercial purposes or business related to politics, religion and election activities
  • Business implemented by a corporation based on the business purpose specified in the Articles of Incorporation or Donation Act
  • Projects for the purpose of group friendship
  • Business that violates public order and morals

Subsidy upper limit

Up to one business per group, within one-half of the subsidized expenses pertaining to the target business, the following amount is the upper limit.
A: 40,000 yen (of which 120,000 yen for activities involving moving out of the city and accommodation)
B: 120,000 yen

Subsidized expenses

Remuneration expenses: Purchase costs for souvenirs, etc. necessary for effective implementation of the project, rewards for instructors and instructors.
    Rewards, etc. (excluding those paid to members of the organization)
Transportation expenses: Transportation expenses required for the implementation of the project
Consumables costs: Office supplies, material costs, and other consumables
Printing and bookbinding costs: Costs for creating flyers and pamphlets
Communication and transportation costs: Postal charges, delivery and transportation costs
Premiums: Non-life insurance premiums related to events
Outsourcing expenses: Venue setup and outsourcing expenses for tasks that are difficult for groups to perform on their own
Rental Fees and Rental Fees: Fees for venues and equipment necessary for the implementation of the project (excluding management fee maintenance of offices, etc.)
Training Fees: Tuition fees for training necessary to effectively implement the project
※Even if the expenses fall under the above, the purchase cost of luxurious goods, etc., and expenses that are deemed not directly related to the application business are not covered.

Reception period

From March 1, 2024 to one month before the project implementation date
※However, when the total subsidy reaches the 2024 budget amount, the application will be terminated.

After application

※Except for the personal information part, the submitted documents will be provided for citizens' reading for two years from the date on which the subsidy was issued.

Determination of grant or non-grant

We perform document examination and decide whether subsidy grant is possible and subsidy amount and send notice to representative.
In addition, depending on the application situation and result of examination, we may reduce subsidy grant amount from application amount and decide.

Submission of invoices, granting subsidies

After grant of subsidy is decided, please submit grant bill.
If the account name is different from the organization name, you will also need to submit a power of attorney.

Prior to the project, a subsidy will be issued within 30 days of receiving a legal invoice.
※If you do not receive the subsidy by the date of the project, please submit the report first.

Submission of a report

After the project is implemented, you will be required to submit a set of report documents.
Please fill out the following form in required items and submit one copy at a time.
