Dispatch of helpers, assistance for daily life tools and assistive devices, medical expenses system, allowance

　The home helper (home-care worker) will be dispatched to home helper (home-care worker) to support the daily lives of people with severe physical disabilities (children), intellectual disabilities (children), mentally ill persons, and incurable disease (359 nationally defined diseases).
In addition, we perform visit bathing or facility bathing service for severely disabled people who have difficulty bathing at home. (The long-term care insurance system has priority.)

　We provide and lend daily life tools to those with severe physical and intellectual disabilities and those with incurable disease (359 diseases specified by the government).

　In addition, we will issue assistive devices to those who have a certificate of the physically disabled as necessary.

　Those who have a hearing impairment certificate are eligible for assistance. I will give you a medical certificate form at Elderly and Disabled Support Division.

　Those who have a certificate of the physically disabled who are 18 years of age or older can receive medical treatment at designated medical institutions such as the country to reduce disabilities and restore functions. (There is a self-pay depending on the amount of municipal tax of the household.)

In policy holder of health insurance, we will support medical expenses's co-payments for those with the following disabilities:

1. Handbook for the Physically Disabled 1.2
2. Love Notebook (Nursing Handbook) A1, A2
3. Handbook for the Physically Handicapped, Grade 3, Love Notebook B1

If you present your Medical Certificate along with your health insurance card at the window of the medical institution, you will not have to pay a portion of your insurance medical treatment.
If you are unable to present Medical Certificate with severe disabilities due to unavoidable reasons, or if you go to a hospital that does not handle this system or a hospital outside the prefecture, you can get a refund if you complete the procedures at the Health and pension Section of your ward office.
In addition, if you are consulted at a hospital outside the prefecture for the longevity medical system (late-elderly medical system), you will be automatically transferred to the designated account of the person at a later date.

This is an allowance for those who are raising children with disabilities who need assistance or rest under the age of 20.

This is an allowance for children with severe disabilities under the age of 20 who need constant care in their daily lives.

　There is a disability support ordinance that requires guardianship support. We provide consultation so that people with disabilities can not receive care by parents, etc., can live with peace of mind in the community.
