Specific Activities
Research Activities
It is the basis of local welfare activities, and always grasps the situation of those who need assistance in the area in charge.
Communication and cooperation activities
We work closely with social welfare facilities to help their functions and cooperate with the work of related organizations such as Health and Welfare Center.
Consultation and support activities
In addition to consulting on various concerns and concerns of those living in the area in charge, providing necessary assistance, it will be a consultation desk for the use of welfare funds (loaned by the Isogo Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare). Since there is a duty of confidentiality, we will always protect your privacy.
Home and community-based welfare activities
We grasp and encourage the situation of living alone and bedridden elderly people, provide welfare service information, issue "survey documents" by confirming facts, and discover and nurture home assistance volunteers.
Support for elementary school student, Maternal and Child Families
Focusing on the Chief Children's Committee, we work together with local children's committees to provide consultation and assistance on children and child care. As necessary, we cooperate with related organizations such as the government and actively provide assistance and cooperation.
About unemployed / non-income proof
There are many consultations that we would like to ask the local welfare committee for "unemployed and no income proof" in order to apply for dependent allowances at work or to apply for dependent deductions and dependents certification for dependents. The surveys that can be conducted by the members of the public welfare committee to issue a survey form are limited, and those that are difficult to prove or confirm facts cannot be handled. Regarding requests such as "unemployed / unpaid income proof", we will issue a "survey on the fact of dependent facts" based on interviews with the client. Regarding no income, it is not possible to prove it as a member of the local welfare committee, so please check with the survey submission address to see if it is okay to issue a “Survey Form for Supporting Facts”.
