At Orlando Farm, blue papaya seeds are purchased from Okinawa and raised from seedlings. The grown seedlings are planted in the fields of Kamikawa-cho, and are grown using organic fertilizers without pesticides. Blue papaya is rich in nutrients such as enzymes and vitamins that help digestion, and is eaten as a healthy vegetable. The taste does not have a habit, so it goes well with various dishes, but it is recommended to cook salads and stir-fry with your favorite seasoning.
