At Orland Farm, we purchase blue papaya seeds from Okinawa and grow them from seedlings. The grown seedlings are planted in the fields of Kamikawai-cho and grown using organic fertilizers without using pesticides. Blue papaya is rich in nutrients such as enzymes and vitamins that help digestion and is eaten as a healthy vegetable. The taste goes well with a variety of dishes because there is no habit, but it is recommended to cook salads and stir-fry with your favorite flavor.
