Asahi-kun is a mascot character of Asahi Ward that was born in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of Asahi Ward's birth.
It was announced at the opening ceremony of the Asahi Fureai Ward Residents' Festival held on October 26, 2008, and has been active in events held in the city since then.

The rights concerning the Asahi Ward mascot character "Asahi-kun" belong to Asahi Ward.
When a company or organization uses data, read the following outline.

※In addition, it cannot be used in the following cases.

２．When the trust or dignity of Asahi Ward is impaired;
３．When giving misunderstanding that a particular individual, political party, or religious organization is supported or authorized, or when there is a risk of such.
４．When misunderstanding or confusion occurs due to the use of "Asahi-kun" or when there is a risk of such.
５．When the image of "Asahi-kun" is impaired or when there is a risk of such.

Application acceptance: 3 months to 7 days before the scheduled date of use (first come, first served)
Lending period: 1 week from the loan date to the date of return
Transportation method: The costume must be transported by one-box car.
※You can only rent a costume. If you enter the costume, please contact the applicant group.
Notes: It is not possible to use it on rainy days or in places where the ground is dirty.
For safety, please attach one attendant.
If you move inside the costume, it will be very hot, so be careful of heat stroke.
Photo submission: After use, please submit an event photo showing Asahi-kun. (Data submission is also possible.)
