About recruitment of Asahi Ward synthesis Government building basement the first floor photo vending machine setting company

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030, we are recruiting installation companies for photo vending machines to be installed on the basement floor of the Asahi Ward General Government Building.
Installation company is decided by general competitive bidding.
In order to participate in general competitive bidding, advance application is required.
After obtaining the recruitment guidelines for setting companies, attach the "Required Documents" to the "General Competitive Bidding Participation Application Form" in the guidelines, and submit it within the deadline.

①Grant of business recruitment guidelines, submission of bid participation applications, etc.
Period: From Friday, January 24, Reiwa 7 to Friday, February 7 (except Sunday and Saturday)
Time: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Asahi Ward Office General Affairs Division (24th floor on the second floor)

②Bidding, bid opening, decision of business operator
Date and time: From 11:00 am on Friday, February 21, 2025
Location: Meeting Room No. 1 on the second floor of the Asahi Ward Office

③Conclusion of Public Property lease agreement
middle of March, 2025

④Preparation for installation of sales machines
・Installation of electric meters
・Arrangement of sales machines, etc.

⑤Installation of sales machines and start of loan
The existing vending machine will be removed on March 31, 2025, and installation and sales will begin by new lenders on April 1.
