• The owner of a dog living in Asahi Ward
• Those who have registered their dogs in Yokohama City
• Those who have been vaccinated with rabies vaccination since March 2, 2023
• Those who are always taking a lead and taking a walk with manners such as taking home dung.
• Those who can cooperate with the WEB questionnaire requested by the ward office
