This is a course to learn about building relationships with important friends in continuing local activities, funding activities and gathering members <three times in a row>
[1st] Design techniques for team building
Let's make use of it. It is natural that interpersonal relationships do not become what you want! That's why it's interesting. Let's connect "don't do what you want" to "unexpected inspiration"! ~

Professor, Faculty of Education, Yokohama National University (Education Psychology)
In schools and other learning situations, we are working on the design of a learning environment that supports each other's development.
Written "Designed Reality (Supplemented Edition)" (Kitaki Publishing 2013) [Submission in the 2018 Center Examination], "The Birth of Community of Creitivitivity Hirameki" (Takaaki Okumura, Norifumi Arimoto, Keiga Abe, Nihon Bunkyo Publishing, 2022) and many others.
Mr. Akemi Tezuka, President of Social Coordinating Kanagawa
Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1951, living in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture
In the wake of the enactment of the NPO Law, he made use of his experience in local and social education activities over the past 20 years.
Established a community development organization through the support of civil society organizations.
We are engaged in the operation of NPO support facilities in Kanagawa Prefecture and the development of NPO human resources.
Currently, we focus on management support for non-profit organizations called NPOs.
We are working to support organizational improvement through organizational self-diagnosis tools.
Targets
People who are engaged in local activities in groups and those who want to start local activities (participation three times in principle)

24 (If there are a large number of applicants, lottery)
Venue (common to 3 times)
