Atomic Bomb Survivors Support Project

We are accepting A-bomb survivor support measures projects (business in Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City business) based on the "Law Concerning Assistance for Atomic Bomb Survivors" for those exposed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

1. Acceptance of grant application
   ・Application for the A-bomb Survivor's Health Handbook, Type I physical checkup Examination Certificate, and Class II physical checkup Patient Card
   ・Application for Issuance of physical checkup Medical Examination
   (Note) If you apply to the governor of Kanagawa Prefecture and are approved, it will be issued by Kanagawa Prefecture.
2. Acceptance of various benefits
   Health care allowance, nursing care allowance, etc.
3. Acceptance of various reports
   Change of residence, name, re-grant of notebooks, etc.

Applicants who have applied to Yokohama City in advance and are eligible.

• Payment of support expenses
• Subsidies for acupuncture, kyu and massages
• Grant of special tickets (city buses, municipal subways, Kanazawa Seaside Line) (for those who wish)

Applicants who have applied to Yokohama City in advance and are eligible.

• Grants from the medical expenses
