Standing Committee / City Counsil Steering Committee / Special Committee
Since it is not efficient to discuss all proposals in detail at the plenary session, it is divided into several specialized committees to examine bills, petition, petition, etc. This is the Standing Committee.
City Counsil has eight standing committees for each jurisdiction of the city's executive body, and all members are members of one of the committees. The term of committee members is one year, and each committee has one chair and two vice chairmen.
During the closing of the City Counsil, the Standing Committee conducts a variety of activities, including research and researching the business of the bureau under its jurisdiction.

The City Counsil Steering Committee has been established to coordinate opinions of each denomination, and representatives of each negotiating factions (5 or more members) discuss various issues related to the operation of City Counsil.
We also examine bills such as ordinances related to City Counsil, petition and petition.
The fixed number is 16 people, with one chairperson, two vice chairpersons, and one director of each negotiating party.
The Special Committee is a committee established as necessary to examine, investigate, and study cases (specific issues of municipal administration determined by the City Counsil) and currently has six special committees.
The special committee exchanges opinions among committee members, inspect case studies, and hear opinions of witnesses.
