Since it is not efficient to discuss all bills in detail at the plenary session, it is divided into several specialized committees to examine bills, petition, petition, petition, etc. . This is the Standing Committee.
The City Counsil has eight standing committees, each of which has jurisdiction over the city's executive bodies, and all members are members of one of the committees. The term of committee members is one year, and each committee has one chair and two vice chairs.

The City Counsil Steering Committee is set up as a forum to coordinate the opinions of each denomination, where representatives of each negotiating party (five or more members) discuss various operational issues of City Counsil.
