We held a dialogue with people working in the area, "Let's talk with the mayor!" And exchanged opinions with the members of the Negishi District Union Neighborhood Associations, where the community is working together on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage.
With a strong desire to "protecting one's area with their own hands," I felt very encouraging to see that elementary and junior high school students also participated in disaster prevention activities on a daily basis and were practicing disaster preparedness.
We will continue to work with you to create a disaster-resistant town.
