Of the 9,733 municipal junior high school students who applied for the contest at the "Junior High School school lunch Menu Competition Awards Ceremony", 10 people who received the "Excellence Award" and their parents were given congratulations and awards.
I was eager to study nutrition, using vegetables from Yokohama, and I was thrilled to have a delicious menu full of ideas. Some of the award-winning menus will be offered as school lunch in fiscal 2024. Like the menu that junior high school students thought, we will continue to work toward "exciting junior high school school lunch".
