At a special municipal system briefing for Neighborhood Associations Kohoku Ward, Neighborhood Association, I explained about the special city that Yokohama is aiming for.
In the second half of the briefing, the executives of the Kohoku Ward Alliance Neighborhood Associations spoke on behalf of the participants and exchanged opinions directly with their opinions and questions.

We take opinion that we had as voice of local all of you well and will wrestle for realization of special city in future.
