At the Seya Ward Neighborhood Association workshop, I gave an explanation to the Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association about the "special city" that Yokohama is aiming to solve the issues facing the current metropolitan system.
In the second half, members of the Seya Ward Association of Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association Liaison Council, gave a lively exchange of opinions while listening to frank opinions and questions about the special city.
