I gave a speech at the opening ceremony of the 22nd International Federation of Automatic Controls (IFAC 2023) in Pacifico-yokohama.
The opening ceremony of the tournament, which will be held in Japan for the first time in 42 years, was attended by the Emperor and Empress, and more than 3,000 researchers from around 80 countries.
It is a great honor to be held in Yokohama to actively discuss innovations in system control technology for solving global social issues such as decarbonization, digitalization, aging population, disasters and pandemics. We will continue to work to make many people aware of the appeal of Yokohama through the invitation and support of international conferences and medical conferences.
