On the day of disaster prevention and volunteering (January 17), we conducted disaster headquarters operation training and gave instructions to the participating staff as head of the Disaster Response Headquarters.
The training was conducted by the Kanagawa Prefectural Police, the Yokohama Coast Guard Department, the Ground Self-Defense Force, and the Marine Self Defense Force, with the aim of strengthening the functions of disaster headquarters in the event of a disaster and strengthening cooperation with related organizations.
We will promote further preparations to protect the lives of citizens.
