We attended "Yokohama Fire Department First Ceremony 2023" and gave a greeting.
At the beginning of the year, the Yokohama Fire Department First Ceremony is a large-scale event in the New Year that shows the firefighting power of Yokohama and disaster response capabilities in cooperation with related organizations so that citizens can feel safe and secure close at the beginning of the year.
It was the first time in three years to be held in Akarengasoko, where the scenery of Minato Mirai is beautiful, but as many as 75,000 visitors came and saw the traditional performances of the Yokohama Fire Preservation Society, and general training by special advanced rescue units and rescue squads.
This year, we will continue to focus on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage with the safety and security of our citizens first.
