About new big city system "special city" that Yokohama-shi aims at, we exchanged opinions with the members of the district union neighborhood of Aoba Ward who are active at the forefront of the area.
We had many questions such as "What are the merits seen from the inhabitants of the ward by realizing the special city?" "What will we do in the future?"
