What is Subway Maintenance Engineer (machine vehicle)?
About 990,000 people. This is the number of customers who use the Municipal Subway Blue Line and Green Line a day. The mission of "maintenance technicians (machiner)" is to prevent troubles so that the operation schedule is not disturbed. Knowing the structure of trains and equipment, we will support the safe operation of the train without overlooking minute changes such as "different from normal times" and support safe operation of trains.
①Multiple inspections of all vehicles
In addition to daily inspections, we conduct train inspections once every 10 days, inspect and replace consumables once within 90 days, vehicle functional inspections, conservation inspection of important parts, and general conservation inspection. Multiple levels of testing are the first step in safety.
②Above all, the inspection and renovation of the blue line is a flower shape.
There are five types of blue line vehicles: 3000A, 3000N, 3000R, 3000R, 3000S, 3000R, 3000S, and 3000V. We will renovate vehicles with safer facilities while reducing costs as much as possible through direct management.
③Attendance and supervision of commissioned work such as general inspection
"General inspection" is the highest inspection work that removes all equipment such as equipment and brakes and examine them in detail is "general inspection."
