Azamino Station Service Officer S.N.
After graduating from a confectionery and bread vocational school, he worked for bakery and restaurants for 10 years, and joined the office in 2018.
Currently, he works as a station clerk at Azamino Station, using the customer service skills cultivated in the food and beverage industry. The goal is a driver.

My son reminded me of the railway.

"What kind of back do you want to show to your child?" When my son was born last year, I suddenly thought so. What kind of father do you want to be in front of this new life, which will give birth to as much as possible?
At that time, more than 20 years ago, it was a scene of a train heading to my grandmother's house living in Niigata.
The train, which turned from the local Fujisawa to a pure white snow scene, was like a dream, and the driver was really cool.
He said, "Oh, I want to show my son working on a train that I've longed for." The family was surprised, but the birth of a child had the power to change themselves.
She resigned from a restaurant where she had been working for more than five years and took the City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau exam.

While learning from seniors, compete with their strengths in customer service.

Now, in the first year of entering the station, I am running around every day at Azamino Station, assigned as a station clerk, from confirming safety at the platform to transfer guidance, and assisting wheelchairs.
I'm used to it now, but when I first made an announcement on the premises, my voice echoing at the station was so unfamiliar and shy. Furthermore, even when we responded to transfer transportation due to an accident on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line passing up, we were unable to respond immediately to the rushing customers, so we could only guide them with one hand of the route map.
At that time, I was overwhelmed by my seniors.
Be sure to go to work before regular time in case of unforeseen circumstances, respond to various customers with a wealth of knowledge and send out with a smile. I thought it was amazing.
Therefore, in order to catch up even a little bit, in addition to hitting my head from the route map to neighborhood information, I faced the customer with the care that I gained through customer service experience.
At the ticket gate, we look at the customer's eyes and say, "Welcome." For those who are in doubt, "What's wrong?" 。 Then, the number of times "thank you" said increased, "The customer is looking for a one-on-one response, not one of the many people."
In addition, when I took an AED course in Transportation Bureau, I learned that "the way of heart massage is different between children and adults."
The station is just a passing point, but I want to work on everything I can to find out how satisfy customers in each moment.

Then I went to the driver's path, which was a dream for 20 years.

What made me happy recently was that when I was scolded by a customer and when I was a little depressed, a regular customer passing through the ticket gate greeted me with a full smile.
You'll be encouraged by such a sudden moment.
In the future, we will finally take the selection to become a driver and aim to be a dream driver.
In the Driver Training Course, senior drivers are saying, "I'll study the most in my life" to learn from the structure of train vehicles to driving theory.
 But I won't give up.
When your child grows up, it's a game to tell you, "Your presence has made Dad a driver."

Each question and answer
