Last update date February 14, 2024

Hodogaya Sales Office Bus Crew T.T.T.
After working as a maintenance job at a private company, he joined the bus crew training course in July 2018.
Became a regular employee since January 2019 and is active as a bus crew at Hodogaya Sales Office. Only former mechanic can see the condition of the bus.

The instructor trained his inexperienced self from the beginning.

When I was able to pass through the narrow, swell difficult road in the vicinity of Komyoji Temple, where the downtown atmosphere remains, by a bus that I drive myself, I felt a response saying, "Okay!" It's about empty training in training course.
Because the bus was large, the road width was narrow at first, and I was afraid of driving honestly.
But under the direct guidance of the instructor on board, I had gained experience day by day.
"If you think it's dangerous, stop. "We also need the courage to stop," "watch people on the road."
According to such advice, if you always predict danger and slow down, "That bicycle is likely to come out on the road," bicycles will also come out.
In addition to these danger detection abilities, the training that I learned on service and announcements in-vehicle announcements are truly my property.

To work at sales offices, ride training, and driver debut.

As I touched a large car in the maintenance work of my previous job, my desire to drive a bus grew, and when I got married and at the age of 30 was a training course where I could aim for a crew even inexperienced.
It was thankful that I was able to go to a driving school to obtain a large two-class license while training to acquire attitudes and customer service attitudes from scratch.
My senior told me, "I'm absolutely sure to get a license. Everything is from there, "and everyone was pleased when we got it.
And in the sales office training, I experienced everything from telephone correspondence to the masterpiece of collecting it while dragging a broken bus stop, but it was valuable to be able to realize the difficulties behind the scenes.
Above all, I will not forget the benefits of the instructor who taught practical skills training three months after obtaining the license and the day after I got my license.
Thanks to that, I was able to make my driver debut a week ago.
To be honest, it was a series of tensions. Unlike empty vehicles, packed cars have difficulty in brakes, and conversely, if you do not step on the accelerator carefully, the standing customers will be wobbled. Looking around the inside of the car through the mirror and calling out, "Be careful as it will shake in the future," so I will sweat when you arrive at the end point, you will sweat.
One day, the customer said, "I'm glad I'm driving carefully," and said, "Oh, you're looking at it." In order to protect those people's days, I'm going to the driver's seat while muttering the bus with my heart saying, "There is no accident today."

The goal is to be the top of the crew, mustard Leiber.

My current dream is to be a mustard Leiber in the shortest.
This is a title that only crew members who have excellent service attitudes, as well as no accidents and no violations. The judge is the mask tour conductor, so every day is a serious game. Although it's hard, I want to contribute to the citizens with confidence by gaining a proof of certification "one line on the hat."
It's a job that allows you to share the moment when the morning sun shines through the valley of the building and the time that can only be met by bus. And finally, thank you my wife who pushed my back when I decided to change jobs.
I will do my best to help Yokohama where you grew up.
