Tetsuya Yoshida, Chairman of the Kohoku Ward Youth Instructor Council
My name is Tetsuya Yoshida, who became chairman of the Kohoku Ward Youth Instructor Council in April 2024. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
This is the 19th year of activity as a Kohoku Ward youth instructor, and his second term.
In the first half of the year, the COVID-19 pandemic calmed down, and various events were held.
Unfortunately, we were unable to hold the Nature Experience Class in 2022 due to bad weather, but we were able to do so in 2023.
By chartering a sightseeing bus and going out to play together across the boundaries of the district, we could experience various things, and it was very popular with the participating children.
The PET bottle rocket tournament was blessed with good weather and was able to be held after taking measures against infectious diseases in 2022 and 5 years.
The moment when the PET bottle rocket hit all at once was a highlight.
Thank you very much to all the people involved in Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association and others for their understanding and cooperation in the activities of youth instructors.
In addition, everyone who retired from youth instructors in the 28th term, thank you very much. Thank you very much.
In the activities of the 29th term, youth instructors will work together to consider new initiatives while making use of their experience so far, including those who participate and local people.
We would like to develop a business that can make everyone involved smile. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation in the activities of the Kohoku Ward Youth Instructor.

Heartful Net One Voice Exercise
The importance and difficulty of "building a trusting relationship" in relation to young people. It is a long stance of 5 to 10 years and 10 years. The daily conversation starting from "Good morning, Hello ..." to the young child of neighboring neighborhood, I think it is an important step of relations with the child. It wasn't very accessible, but it's just around 10 am or 11 am, it's not a glazing thing at 2:03, but a community surrounded by a warm heart like a soft sunshine It is up to launch the "Hatofuru Net One Call Campaign".
This is a volunteer activity that anyone can participate in with their heart. The warm and gentle heart that everyone has is the support of this network. We want to make our city a city where we can raise children with peace of mind without crime. I believe that the role of our youth instructors is to become an adhesive for the warm heart and heart of everyone involved, including the local community, ward office, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, PTA, police, and various service groups.
We understood the intent of starting an activity that anyone can participate in with the heart and asked for the cooperation and cooperation of the local community. To promote this campaign, we have created flyers and orange flags and posted on bulletin boards and homes in each Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
- We aim to deter crime by appealing that we pay attention to the whole area to create a city where children can live safely and with peace of mind.
- Raise awareness of participation in the exercise, raise awareness of collaborators and fellowships
We are looking forward to working with you.
The next introduction is the PET bottle rocket tournament as part of the Kohoku Ward Residents' Festival. Every year in November (September until 2018) at Tarumachi Park on the riverbed of the Tsurumi River, and it is crowded with more than 500 parents and children each time. Using a very convenient plastic bottle, which is said to be the largest invention in the 20th century, which is closely related to daily life, we will raise familiar environmental issues, and experience crafts and reduced science experiments. In addition to practicing the Kohoku Ward tournament, we also hold rocket production workshops by 13 districts in the city. Please see the PET bottle rocket blueprint drawing (PDF: 712KB) for how to make it. In workshops in the district and greetings on the day of the tournament, children are exposed to environmental issues in an easy-to-understand manner. For example,
"If you burn it as garbage after using such a convenient plastic bottle, it is very dangerous because it generates unsatisfactory gases." It's not just for us, but for us. What are plastic bottles made of? It's because of oil. The oil seems to have a lot of oil on this earth, but it's limited. There are a lot of things that are made of oil, such as running a car, making precious electricity, and the clothes that everyone wears.
The reason why we divide garbage into various types now is also to use limited resources such as oil and wood repeatedly. ・・・」
And so on.
It's all at once with a signal countdown!
※For the results of the tournament, please see Kohoku Seiji (public relations paper).
