We provide various receptions and applications for A-bomb survivors in Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City.
Main reception services for Kanagawa Prefecture Business
・Grant application
A-bomb survivor's health handbook, first-class and second-class physical checkup consultation certificate, and physical checkup for A-bomb survivors
・Application for various benefits
Application for health care allowances, nursing care allowances, etc.
・Various reports
Changes in place of residence or name, reissuance of notebooks, notification of death, etc.
