Kohoku Ward Ending Note [Wata History Note]

Wata History Note is a notebook for thinking about your life plan and communicating your feelings and thoughts to important people. You can fill it out at any time by any generation. By writing this notebook, you can summarize your thoughts, share those thoughts with important people, and connect them ... I hope that you will be able to think about your future life.

・Please fill in characters and expressions that can be understood by the person who entrusts the notebook (other people) so that people other than yourself can read it.
・Please be careful not to disturb people around you. (Details of assets, property, etc.) For details, please refer to page 2 of the “Wata History Note,” which is better not to write depending on the situation.
・Please also fill in the "reason" of your thoughts. There are some items to be selected and checked, but the reason why you chose rather than what to choose is important. Please fill in the margins and free entry fields that "I chose it with this thought".
