Fumio Shimizu, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Japan, was invited to Mayor's Residence.
We exchanged opinions on cooperation for the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9) to be held in Yokohama in August 2025, and for the success of GREEN x EXPO 2027.
At TICAD 9, which is approaching, as a host city, we will further promote initiatives such as preparing for meeting holding support, fostering momentum, fostering the next generation, and creating business opportunities for city companies.
