I was invited to the regular meeting of the African Diplomatic Corps in Japan.
Ambassadors of African countries to Japan visited elementary and junior high schools in the city, and children felt familiar with African culture and charm, and Yokohama promoted technical cooperation to African countries. I spoke in the form of video messages.
The 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9) in 2025 will be held in Yokohama as the closest city to Africa, connecting the tiest Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) held three times so far.
