In collaboration with e-Mobility Power Co., Ltd., a ceremony was held at the centerminami station square rotary in Tsuzuki Ward   to start the demonstration experiment on public road installation of EV chargers. This is the second case in Japan following the Aoba Ward case launched in FY2021, and this is the first in Japan that a quick charger for EVs to be installed at the station square rotary.
The station square rotary, which can be seen by many people, has excellent access and can be used 24 hours a day.
By clearing the issues obtained in this demonstration experiment one by one and advance the development of charging infrastructure in urban areas, leading to the spread of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
