- Mr. Mitsuhide Iwaki, Chairman of the Japan Triathlon Union and Hideo Uda of the triathlon competition have visited. Yokohama City has been hosting the world's highest triathlon international competition for more than 10 years. At the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games held this year, Uda, who played an active part in an international tournament in Yokohama, won a silver medal, making it the first Japanese medal in the competition. We look forward to Uda's more and more success in the future, and will continue to excite the competition and Yokohama through the holding of international competitions.
