About online submission (petition)

We can have you submit from form of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
If you have an account, please log in and use it.
If you do not have an account, please register as a user before using it.
If you want to search by keyword from the procedure list, search for "Petition" and enter required items.

・Only petitions can be submitted online. The petition will be accepted by bringing or mailing.
・If you have a signature book, please bring it with you or submit it by mail.
・Petitions or petitions sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
