Disclosure of Government Activity Expenditure Report

In order to ensure adequacy and transparency, the factions and members of the Diet who have been granted the cost of government affairs have submitted a copy of the income and expenditure report and a copy of the receipt pertaining to expenditures to the chair. The submitted income and expenditure report can be viewed by anyone.
Please refer to the "Summary of Government Activity Costs" page for information on the government affairs activity expenses system.

We will publish the income and expenditure report of government activity expenses issued after 2023 (May to March) on the City Counsil website.
The release is scheduled for July 30, 2024.

As a general rule, copies of income and expenditure reports and receipts can be viewed from around July 30 of the year following the year in which it was issued.
The browsing period is 5 years from the day after the last day of the period during which the income and expenditure report should be submitted.
