Overview

Government affairs activity expenses are issued as part of the expenses necessary for contributing to the research and other activities of members of the Diet according to Article 100, Paragraph 14 of the Local Autonomy Act and the ordinance on the issuance of Yokohama City Council government affairs activity expenses based on it.
A copy of the income and expenditure report on government affairs activity expenses and receipts related to expenditures are disclosed. For details, please refer to the page of "Public Affairs Activity Expenses Balance Report, etc."

Research and research expenses Investigation commission, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, and other expenses required for research and research on city office work, local administrative finance, etc.
Training Fees Rewards for instructors, etc. required to hold a workshop or participate in the workshop, venue rental expenses, equipment rental expenses, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, attendees' contributions and other expenses
Public relations expenses Printing and bookbinding expenses, venue rental expenses, equipment borrowing expenses, transportation expenses, website creation management fee, postage and other expenses required for public awareness or reporting to citizens about the activities of denominations or members of the Diet or municipal administration to the citizens or report on the activities of the denominations or members of the Diet or municipal administration.
Public hearing expenses Venue borrowing expenses, transportation expenses, and other expenses required for hearing of opinions, etc. from citizens for activities of denominations or members of the Diet or municipal administration, or citizen consultation or citizen consultation
