A consultation service for non-Japanese residents living in Naka Ward. In addition to providing consultations and information to non-Japanese residents in the community, it also offers support for learning Japanese, fosters human resources development for young people with roots overseas, and promotes understanding of multiculturalism.

The center offers a wide range of services for foreign nationals residing in Japan, from consultations about Japanese language classes and daily life in Japan to referrals to specialized organizations. Other services include interpreter dispatching and specialized consultations (reservation required).
