We visited the 30th Tsuzuki Kumin Festival under the refreshing autumn weather.
The venue from the Tsuzuki Ward   Office to the vicinity of Centerminami Station was crowded with many visitors, including families.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the constituency system, and we had a fun time while feeling the enthusiasm and festive mood of the local people. .
