We explained "special city" that Yokohama is aiming for at "special city system briefing session" for all of Midori Ward Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
In the second half of the briefing session, the officers of the Midori Ward Union Autonomous Presidency spoke on behalf of the participants and exchanged opinions while listening directly to their opinions and questions.
