At a special municipal system briefing for Neighborhood Associations Midori Ward, Neighborhood Association, I explained about the special city that Yokohama is aiming for.
In the second half of the briefing session, the officers of the Midori Ward Association of Self-Government Presidency spoke on behalf of the participants and exchanged opinions directly with their opinions and questions.
