At the beginning, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the people affected by the recent Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and to all of you about the status of Yokohama City's support after the disaster.
The annual “First Ceremony” is an opportunity to confirm with many people, including the fire brigade, about disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage. I would like you and your family to think about preparing for a disaster on a daily basis.
