Please contact the sales office in charge.

Lost items on the municipal bus are kept at the sales office that operates the bus of the system where you boarded.

(For lost or lost items at bus terminals, etc. are not kept on municipal buses. Please contact police department.

Please contact us via the submission form or fax of the Yokohama City Call Center. When making an inquiry, please fill in the information on lost items, the system, date and time of the bus you used. Please note that it will take about 2 weeks to answer.
