Flow of chartered bus application

If you have decided on the schedule or destination, please contact us first. Applications can be accepted from the first day, two months before the service date. If the first day is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be the first weekday of that month.
Example: When applying for May 10: If March 1 is a Saturday, the application will be accepted from Monday, March 3rd.
※We accept inquiries about how to use it at any time.

1 Application by phone or email

  • Please contact us by phone or email (see below). After that, the person in charge will contact you to confirm the contents by telephone or e-mail, and will ask for details such as the date of use, the section of use, and the time of use. We will contact you within one week, but please note that contact may be slightly delayed if Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are sandwiched.

  • If you need an estimate, we will create it free of charge.
  • We will give you an estimate after confirming the details of the itinerary etc.
    (In the busy season, we have time to make it. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Sending application forms and related materials

  • After confirming your estimate, you will be officially notified of your application and your reservation will be confirmed.
  • Please download "chartered bus application / underwriting book" from "downloading application documents".
  • Please fill in the thick frame of the "Private Bus Application Form / Underwriting Form" and send it by fax or e-mail. If you have a map, please send it to us.

※1 Customers who use school discount
Fill in the name of the principal in the “Contract Manager” of the “Crilled Bus Application Form / Underwriting Form” (any applicant is acceptable), seal the principal's seal, and the original (in the case of e-mail, scanned PDF data is also acceptable). At the same time, please fill in the “Application for Reduction of Exemption”, seal the principal's seal, and send the original (in the case of e-mail, scanned PDF data is also acceptable).
※2 Customers who use welfare discounts
Fill out the “Application for Reduction of Exemption”, seal the facility seal, and send the original (in the case of e-mail, scanned PDF data is also acceptable).

3. Sending transportation underwriting

I'll send you the shipping receipt to you. You will need to bring your transportation acceptance form as a ticket on the day. Please keep it in a safe place until then.

4 (approximately one week before the service date) and final confirmation with the sales office in charge

The dispatch sales office will call you to confirm the final confirmation of the dispatch time, dispatch location, etc.

5 (On the day of operation) Departure!

At the time of boarding, please show the shipping receipt to the crew.
