Flow of chartered bus application

Please contact us first if you have decided on a schedule or destination. Applications can be accepted from one day two months before the operation date. If one day is a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it will be the first weekday of the month.
Example: If you apply for May 10 ... If March 1 is Saturday, your application will be accepted from Monday, March 3.
※Inquiries regarding usage, etc. are always accepted at any time.

1 Application by telephone or e-mail

  • Please contact us by phone or email (see the bottom column). After that, the person in charge will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the contents, and will ask for details such as the date of use, section of use, and usage time. We will contact you within one week, but please note that the contact may be slightly delayed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.

  • If you need to make an estimate, we will create it for free.
  • Estimates will be issued after confirming the details of the itinerary.
    (During busy season, we have time to make it. Thank you for your understanding.

2 Sending application forms and related materials

  • After confirming your estimate, please formally contact us for your application, and your reservation will be confirmed.
  • Please download "Private Bus Application Form / Underwriting Form" from "Download Application Documents".
  • Please fill in the thick frame of the "Chartered Bus Application Form / Underwriting Form" and send it by fax or e-mail. If you have a map, please send it together.

※1 Customers who use school discount
Fill in the name of the school principal in the “Chartered Bus Application Form / Underwriting Form” with the name of the principal (an applicant can be any applicant), seal the principal's seal, and the original (in the case of e-mail, scanned PDF data is also acceptable). At the same time, please fill out the “Application for Reduction of Exemption”, seal the principal's seal, and send the original (scanned PDF data in the case of email).
※2 Customers who use welfare discounts
Fill out the “Application Form for Reduction of Exemption”, seal the facility seal, and send the original (scanned PDF data is also acceptable).

3 Sending letter of acceptance

I'll send you a letter of transportation receipt. It is necessary to bring the transportation acceptance form as a ticket on the day. Please keep it in a safe place until then.

4 (approximately one week before the operation date) and final confirmation

The dispatch sales office will call you for final confirmation of dispatch time and dispatch location.

5 (on the day of operation) Departure!

Please show the transportation acceptance form to the crew when boarding.
