Criteria for publication of assembly expense

1 Purpose
Establish standards for publicizing the expenditure status of expenses required for association as a council, such as condolences, visits, and membership fees, etc. conducted by the chair, vice-chair, and the director of the parliament.

2 Disclosure Criteria
（１） Details to be announced
(A) Expenditure categories (condolences, visits, discussions, membership fees, gifts and others)
B. Expenditure date
C) Amount of expenditure
D. The other party (except when consideration is required for the other party)
（２） Date of publication
Announcement of Congressional Expenses will be posted on the Yokohama City Council website by 15th of every month.
（３） Method of Publication
The contents of the Congressional Expenses will be posted on Yokohama City Council's website and will be available for viewing at the City Counsil Office of City Council Bureau.

The current fiscal year and the past five years.
