Flow from Fiscal Year Appointment Staff to Regular Staff Recruitment
After joining the office as an appointment staff for the fiscal year, he goes to a driving school (in principle, training camp) to obtain a large two-type license while conducting training.
If you have obtained the license and have good work performance and the training is completed, you will take a practical test and hire those who have passed as regular staff.
