Application Guidelines

After joining the office as an appointment staff for the fiscal year, he obtained a large two-class license while receiving training, and went through driving practical training tests.
This is a course that makes a bus crew debut as a regular employee.

Date of recruitment of fiscal year appointment staff

April 1, September 1 and December 1

Eligibility for exams

 (1) Age requirements
   Age as of April 1 of the year to which the scheduled recruitment date belongs must be between 19 and 50 years old
 (2) Licensing requirements
  (a) Or (a) must be satisfied.
   (a) As of the scheduled date of employment, the company has a large, medium-sized, semi-medium, ordinary, or large special car license, and his license history
     (excluding the license suspension period) must be at least 3 years (two years specified by a Cabinet Order)
    (b) Completed special training for examination qualification
 (3) Others
   Oh, binocular vision (naked eye or corrected vision) must be 1.0 or more.
   B. Cumulative scores of traffic offenses must be 2 points or less
   C. No license suspension has been suspended in the past five years

Aptitude test (SPI), Interview, Physical Examination

Selection schedule

At the time of application, please select the desired recruitment date and selection date (interview / physical examination).
Aptitude test (SPI): If you select the screening date (interview/physical examination), the SPI examination period (2 weeks) will be displayed.
         Please be sure to take the test during the period.

Fiscal Year Appointment Staff to Recruitment of regular employees

After entering the office as an appointment staff for the fiscal year, you will go to a driving school (in principle, training camp) to obtain a large two-class license while conducting training.
After obtaining the license and the work performance is good and the training is completed, we will take a practical test and hire those who have passed it as regular staff.
