Reporting Request Card

The report request card is used when asking a nearby person who can speak Japanese, such as when the location is not well communicated on the go.
There are eight types of report request cards: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Hangul, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Thai.
Download the report request card in advance and keep it on a regular basis.

If you are unfamiliar with the location and feel difficulty in explaining the site, use the“Report Request Card”to ask anyone near you who can speak Japanese to make 119 call.
