2. You will receive a e-mail for confirmation, then access the URL in the body.
3. Configure receiving settings.

＜Attention!＞ When you DO NOT receive the confirmation email for registration:
When your mobile phone is set with "spam mail filters" and the like,emails from " bousai-yokohama@info.cous.jp" may be rejected in that case. Change the setting of "spam mail filters" depending on the specification of your mobile phone.
