Gathering of local communities
It is meeting to talk about local problem with inhabitants of a ward and aim at even more livable town development based on common understanding.
In fiscal 2015, the meeting was held at the Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association, a seven regional federation.
Participants were 226 inhabitants of the ward and 54 government officials.

Feel free to talk about Director General
This is a project in which Director General can easily exchange opinions with local organizations and groups working in the community. Opinion that we had will be used as reference of future ward administration.
