Petition

When opinions and requests are sent to the mayor (or Director General) under the group name or joint name, we will accept it as the mayor petition (Director General petition).
Person who can give opinion and request in individual, please see page of "suggestion from citizen".
In addition, about petition, petition to Yokohama City Council (city council), please see page of City Council Bureau.

Please write "The Mayor of Yokohama" for the mayor's petition and "Tsuzuki Director General, Yokohama-shi" for Director General petition.
In addition to specific opinions and requests, be sure to include the name of the organization, its representative name, and contact information such as the location (Address) (there is no prescribed format).

Please bring it to the counter or submit it by mail.

If an answer is required, in principle, we will respond in writing. It will be mailed to the representatives.
Regarding budget requests for the next fiscal year, you may have to wait until the budget is approved by the City Counsil.
