Primary application becomes temporary application. As you hand documents for official application, please apply formally by Wednesday, February 10, 2021. If there is not official application, temporary application becomes invalid.

Application is carried out to municipality with facility to hope for via Yokohama-shi. As examination is carried out along schedule of municipality with facility to hope for, not schedule of Yokohama-shi, please warn in the deadline. In addition, please confirm the deadline and other required documents in municipality with facility to hope for by yourself beforehand.

Via childcare department in charge of municipality to live, application is carried out now to Yokohama-shi. As it is necessary for documents to arrive by the deadline of Yokohama-shi, apply with margin. In addition, please submit to style of Yokohama-shi as much as possible to judge priority based on standard of Yokohama-shi. When we cannot read required items, priority may fall.

We can apply from application primary as Yokohama citizen only when we can submit documents that Yokohama-shi understands that transference planned person moves into by March 31, 2021 by the lack documents deadline of primary application.
When there are not case that cannot submit documents which can prove that move into to by the lack documents deadline of primary application and move in plan, from the second application is.

When hope of the use application disappears, withdrawal of application is necessary. Please submit "the use application withdrawal application" to ward office Children and Families Support Division by all means immediately. We withdraw by oral contact and cannot do it.
Because the use adjustment has already advanced when submission is late, result may become disadvantageous. In addition, we may not continue the use of facilities in living-in-garden even if we perform withdrawal in the case of change garden.
