(Lending Corner) wakkun costume

The Tsurumi Ward Office rents wakkun costumes free of charge.
If you wish to use it, please check the "Crustume wakkun Office Handling Guidelines (PDF: 131KB)" and the contents described below.
Please submit the "wakkun costume use application form (word: 18KB)" in advance at the following application (e-mail or bring it directly to the counter or fax).
We accept by telephone, but please submit "use application" by the day before you come to borrow costume.

※Costumes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted one month before the scheduled date of use.

≪Target for use≫
Local organizations in Tsurumi Ward (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, Store Association, etc.), schools, non-profit organizations and similar organizations
≪Loan terms and conditions≫
It cannot be used in the following cases.

• Exclusive use as a mascot character for individuals and groups
• Use for activities such as politics, religion, thought, and profit
• Uses contrary to laws and regulations and public order and morals
• Others When it is deemed inappropriate to use the costume.

Within 4 days from lending to return

　・It's only a costume. People who enter the costume (junior high school students and above.) Use of children under the age of 18 requires the consent of a parent or user organization manager)
　　Please contact us by the applicant organization. (Estimated size: about 155 to 170 cm tall.)
　・Please give due consideration to safety when using, and be sure to have at least one assistant.
　・Do not get close to fire or water. Outdoor use is not permitted in rainy weather or stormy weather.
　・It cannot be used for any purpose other than those approved. Subleasing or remodeling to third parties are prohibited.
　・Please carry out and carry in the costume on the applicant side. In addition, a car is required for transportation.
　・After use, dry well in a well-ventilated place before returning it.
　 (Please refrain from direct disinfection with hypochlorous acid or alcohol as it may damage the material.)
　・If the damage is intentional or gross negligence, you will be compensated for the damage.

※Depending on the situation such as infectious diseases, lending conditions and cautions at the time of use may be changed.

Reception hours is open from 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays (New Year holidays, holidays and Saturday open days are not allowed).

　・The user will be responsible for repair costs, etc. in the event of damage to the costume, and alternative creation costs in the event that repairs become difficult.
　・The user shall be liable for damages in the event of damage to a third party due to the costume.
　・Yokohama City shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user due to the use of the costume.
