It is generic name of child-care facility which does not receive the authorization of the metropolis and districts (the mayor). In child-care facility out of the authorization, we call facility finishing setting report to The Mayor of Yokohama based on regulations of the Child Welfare Law "reported child-care facility out of the authorization". We enter facility and we run based on child-care facility instruction supervision standard out of the authorization and, in Yokohama-shi, teach every year for "reported child-care facility out of the authorization".
